max_user_connections ... help the newbee ...

Hello,
I have created a website for my wedding with zenphoto gallery and i have a problem : I have a message when I do some action in the administration mode :
MySQL Error: Zenphoto could not connect to the database server. (User 1310177-2 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections)
I have understant that a probleme with the access of mysql but I don't Know where modify the numbers of max_user_connections
Please help me for solving this problem ...

    PHP Applications normally do not try to disconnect from the database at the end of a script since it is pretty difficult to actually determine when this could be done.

    There are PHP and server settings to aleviate this, but I really do not know the details. So, as acrylian has said, talk to your host about these configurations.
