comments / thumbnail / order won't save

I tried to put comments on pictures and choose the thumbnail I wanted but it keeps putting back the old thumbnail and erase the comments as soon as I refresh my webpage, it also does'nt save the order of the gallery I chose... anyone as any idea why ? I use the default theme
