Contact Form; fill input value with image title

I have just placed a contact form on the image.php page, as per "printContactForm" plugin, and it appears as it should nicely...
But I'm wondering; is there a way to modify form.php in some way so that the subject field (or any particular field) is filled with the image title at all? some way of placing "printImageTitle" in it somehow or other... that way when the form is sent the image title appears in the message without requiring user input etc.
