AJAX image title editing does not work

When doing "live" editing of image titles in the album view mode, clicking on the image's title brings up the form field, but clicking "save" doesn't submit the new title and brings back to the gallery index... with a url like http://domain.com/photo/index.php?content=my+album
subsequently, it BREAKS ALL ajax live editing, including for image description, which works fine before...
Any idea?
