having trouble with uploading pictures

everythings running ok, i can upload folders and upload pictures but when i get to the album i cannot view the picture. there is no thumbnail image and i get an error message : Not Found

The requested URL /zp/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

what seems to be the problem? thank you for any help
