cant add other users

Hi, I am trying to add another admin user to zenphoto, but each time i add one.. and save... it goes back to overview.. then when i check the user section again.. the new user is not there.
is there something else i need to do?

    The usual questions: What Zenphoto version? Any errors in the server error log?

    version: 1.3.1.2 [5831] (Official Build)

    brand new to this, just installed today.

    not sure were even to look for for the errors in the serevr error log.

    Regarding the server error log please ask your host.

    hi, i have the last 300 error messages from the server, should i post here?

    Please don't post 300 errors... Please re-run setup and report any errors or warnings.
