Sort Order Sub-Albums

I appear to be having a bug with sorting sub-albums.

My album sort method is manual. And I am dragging the albums into the order I want. I click apply, it says "Changes Applied" at the top, but the sort order is reverted back to the order it was in.

It functions fine at top-level albums however.
