Posting Photos from other peope - not admins

Hi there:
Ok I am trying to set up a fun gallery for other people to post photos for a theme that i have selected.
I have posted a photo as an example, and would like to allow other people to post photos that are similar themed.
I am not quite sure how to allow this access - as admion i have it as does other admin, but want to allow anyone to post photos there.
