php fatal error when "Crop thumbnails" off in default theme

I don't know if this is the correct forum for this, but I'm still ironing out my ZP installation so I'll put it here.

I'm getting the following PHP fatal error on my main gallery page where the album thumbnails should be.
`Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /.../jlee.me/zenphoto/zp-core/template-functions.php on line 1560`

I'm using the default theme and this error only occurs when I have disabled "Crop thumbnails" in the theme options. If I have crop thumbnails enabled, everything works fine.

Wow, I wonder when someone has tried this before. There is a bug in the handling since who knows when. Anyway, the fix is here http://www.zenphoto.org/trac/ticket/1776
