Seach Box / Nav Box in IE...

I'm having an issue with the Search Box / Nav Box in the top right corner... it's not wanting to align with the Gallery - Album Title part. The titles appear below the box in IE but look in line when viewing in Google Chrome.

Any ideas?

Uhm, it is probably important to know what theme this happens on. Certainly it does not happen on any of the distributed themes.
