I know I'm asking for is a bit basic, understand that I am new user.

The issue is not how to change parts of the template, such as words in English, About, Latest Albums can see it at:

want saver as I can change it

    You are using a third party theme named zpFocus (I added it to the topic title) so I cannot exactly tell. Those terms might be hard coded in the theme so you have to find them and change them manually.
