Hi everybody, this is my first post so first of all I would like to say to the developers of this great gallery a big thank you! I tried a lot of them before arriving here... but let's start with a problem
Zenphoto 1.4 with zenpage theme.
I'm using as watermark a custom square png 600x600, the position on a square photo is perfect, the size is correct and the position is in the middle 50% 50% as well.
On vertical images the watermark is right in place, but the horizontal images shows the watermark at full size so the watermark image is cropped at the bottom, and the center is not even in the vertical middle but slightly down!!!
That's happening because my images are set to 600px longest side,so of course horizontal image are 600x400 for example... and smaller than the watermark image!
I have few suggestions about this problem:
- Make the watermark to be resized to have the longest side as big as the shortest side of the images. So not only enlarged but also reduced...
- Harder way would be having 3 watermark and let a function choose the best fit, watermark_square, watermark_vert, watermark_hor....
Please feel free to move this topic to the right section of the forum, I've put that here because from my point of view this is a bug!
