v1.4.0.1 - Backtrace: Bad gallery in instantiation of album

I am brand new to this app & installed today, all works fine until I spotted this error every time an image is uploaded... also when I now click on the album I have uploaded/created I get a 404 for the URL relating to the album..

Please try 1.4.0.2. And if that does not fix it please try the trunk nightly build.
