Plugin for wordpress when different db base

Hello
I have my zenphoto at one webhost and my wordpress site at another host.
Is it possible to use a plugin on wordpress, wich will show a kind of tumbnail from my zen album? I have tried to use some,but I cant get it to work.
I am totally newby:)
