Stopdesign theme thumbnail resize problems

When I modify the size of the thumbnails they don't center as they should.

Also, how do I remove/change the thumnail frame?

    By the way, when I said they don't center as they should, I meant that when you increase the size of the thumb picture it increases with its anchor on its top right corner.
