Unauthorized Photo on site powered by Zenphoto

Hallo, I discover on Internet several unauthorized photo of
me on Internet web site (on <link removed>) that
sign "Powered by zenPHOTO". Before to go in legal way
(by advocate, in fact it's a law breaking) I'd like to warn the site but they don't have a valid e-mail. Can you send me or you can warn them to delete the pictures (in the last case I send you, in private the exact web page).
I don't need that this message is show, I only need an answer.

    We just provide the web software Zenphoto to run gallery focussed websites with. We however are never responsible for the content people put on their sites using Zenphoto. It is between you and them.

    In fact I don't have problem with you, my problem is only with the that site and before to pay advocate, tribunal, etc..., I'd really like to warn them. I thought that you have a valid mail for contact them, it's not a spam least af all a "clever" spam as you say. If you have this information and you can give me I will be happy, and me and that site don't waste our time and save a lot of money for a legal fight (wherein you are a potential witness of my attempts for avoid all this).

    Your business is with that site and not with Zenphoto. How on earth would you expect that we would have any information at all about some arbitrary site. You might just as well contact Microsoft because someone used PowerPoint to offend you.

    What you should do is use WHOSIS to find who owns the domain of that site and go from there. But really, leave us out of this. It is not our problem at all.
