zpGalleriffic v1.4 help needed

i am setting up huge gallery of my bird photography and for that was setting up latest zpGalleriffic 1.4.

my problem is that some of the images gets crop on home page as album thumb as it shows just part of body.

in album page the thumb size is different than home and in image page thumb size different.

my question is can we set the thumb of home and album page to match and show entire image reduced ?

what to setup for that ?

    2nd thing i have noticed is that as i have both vertical and horizontal frames there is a problem of cropping images which makes this issue of cropping the subjects prime part.

    album thumb sizes are hardcoded in the theme files for layout reasons. You need to change the parameters on these functions. Then of course you will have to modify the css as well.

    on the index.php page (home), if the album has a description the thumb is cropped more. So if you do not want that, remove that part of the code so they are all cropped the same way.
