piwik and zenphoto zpgalleriffic theme

I want to use piwik (http://piwik.org/) to track my site but there is no plug-in. if I paste the code (javascript) after the php will the server read it. I usually place it in the <head> tags in html docs. The php files in my theme are pure php docs. I entered it in index, gallery, pages, album, image files in my theme(zpgalleriffic) should that cover every thing.
They all contain <?php include("footer.php"); ?>

or if i put the code in footer.php will it go in every page?

    If you put the piwik code in footer.php, anything that includes that file will have the piwik code.

    I've added zpgalleriffic to your topic as it seems a pretty important bit if information. This will make it easier for the author of that theme to notice your post and possibly respond.

    yes zenPhotoCharles is correct, all pages will include the footer.php

    Thanks guys I was away a week. Putting the code in the footer file seems to have worked. It works for zpfocus too. (I have multiple installations of Zenphoto)
