Forum profiles now only viewable for loggedin members

We frequently discover spammers that link to their forum profile pages via obscure blogs or twitter posts.

Their hope to achieve ranking improvements via the url entered on their profile was already pointless as that info was not displayed for the public.

From now on viewing profiles pages at all requires being logged in.
