Installation, upgrading and requirements

I installed Zenphoto automatically with my webhosts applications program. No hang-ups there; however, the version they installed is the last release. I want to manually upgrade it via ftp, but I can't find any upgrade instructions.

That is the right url and it works fine for me. Try clearing the browser cache.

I had tried that, but it didn't work.
Now, after a day or two, it shows for me...?
