And how is that related to the topic title actually? The setup warnings are explained (google them) and have also been discussed on this forum dozens of times and magic quotes is explained on the troubleshooting as noted.

BTW, no need to repeat this question in another thread. Probably all it will get you is a wrong answer since you have changed things on your site apparently since this post and the link no longer goes to setup as those files have been removed (as they should be.)
