Ok just got this going and trying to upload using FTP and it stops after a while and won't upload a ZIP file at all.... noticed this ....

The maximum size for your total upload is 10MB which is set by your PHP configuration post_max_size.

Where can I change this? My php.ini allows me to upload 128mb so don't know why I am only allowed 10MB with this script?

    This is a server configuration limit not set by Zenphoto actually. How and if you can change this only your host can explain. That you can set something via php.ini or else does not necesssarily mean it actually works. If you are on shared hosting I suspect you can't change such configs.

    Thank you! I asked my hoster as well and it was a conflict between the .htacess and the php.ini files... they have now corrected it for me.
