ZenPayPal HTML Table's id

I inadvertently deleted the HTML Table's id and don't remember what it is supposed to be. Is any one using ZenPayPal who can look at the options in ZenPhoto Administrative Control and tell me what the HTML Table's id is supposed to be.

    Found what I think is the proper Table ID in the default options code "zenPaypal_Pricelist". However, that did not solve the problem that I was having which is that no cost amount is being passed to PayPal. The print size and quantity are there, tax and shipping is there but the cost is always listed as $0. I am pretty sure that the price table is formatted correctly (example: 5x7;print;15|5x7;matted 8x10;20|5x7;matted and framed;40|8x10;print;25|8x10;matted 11x14;40|8x10;matted and framed;60|...). I am also only getting a description that only includes the print description from the price table in the PayPal checkout although I have selected album and photo as well as media and size in the options menu. This is in the zpbase theme. I think that PayPal used to work when I first tried it (an earlier version of ZenPhoto and an earlier theme.) Any ideas or suggestions?
