I have a little question on how the tabs are named. I wonder why the "Users" tab becomes "Admin" when the Groups feature is activated. I don't know how others feel about that, but I think that it would be more evident what the tab is about if it were still called "Users" (with all its sub-tabs), or, if you insist "Users and Groups"

If you are asking where this name gets set, it is in the filter for adding tabs to the back end.
But my main suggestion was to continue to call it "Users" even when the Groups feature is activated.
Maybe it's my French-speaking background that kicks in, but when I see "Admin", I expect to find the stuff that is in the first 3 or 4 sub-tabs of the Options tab (i.e. Database administration).
