A little mistake i think

Hi Sbillard and Acrylian,

On a test account i setup the user only to be able to manage a categorie in the news.php file. (see the screen here) `http://www.latitudes-photos.com/_zpforum/screen01.jpg`

When i connect with this account i can see the other categorie. (Why not) `http://www.latitudes-photos.com/_zpforum/screen02.jpg`

But this user can change the categorie, the access is not restricted to the categorie i setup for this user.

I use the last version : Zenphoto version 1.4.1-BETA [7421]
