Renaming zenphoto directory

Hi - I've looked on the forum for an answer but can't seem to find what I'm after.

How do I change the name of the directory zenphoto? Currently I have www.mysite.com/zenphoto/gallery1 I want to change it to www.mysite.com/photos/gallery1. When I change the directoty name on the server to "photos" I am getting a 404 when I try to view "gallery1".

I also changed "RewriteBase /zenphoto" in the htaccess file to "RewriteBase /photos" but I still get the page not found errror.

Should I reinstall everything and call my folder containing all the files "photos" instead of "zenphoto" before I upload?

    When I change the directoty name on the server to "photos" I am getting a 404 when I try to view "gallery1".

    Of course since your rewrite base is `/photos/gallery1`! IT does not matter how the folder is named. Either you re-run setup after renaming or change the htaccess rewritebase manually.
