zenphoto generates broken links

After trying to enable/disable plugins and clicking the submit button I've got an error:

https://pictures.mydomain.tld/zp-zore/://pictures.mydomain.tld/zp-core/admin-plugins.php?saved

This strange link generation happens to me a lot.

Without posting the actual error we really can't help. Given your other issues it seems more likely that your virtual host/server setup is not correct.
