Fist of all,I am sorry if this post already exist.But i had searched many times i didnt find, what i needed.
Problem:
While i upload a photo(large size\small size)it gives me failure notice.(check the Image Below)
I had tried upoading smaller photo's,i changed uploadlimit, memorylimit in php.ini,i tried all types of picture formats.Still i cant upload a single photo.
I am useing
Windows 2003 server,XAMPP Latest version
Please Help Me and sorry about my English

Second, the image does not help.
Third, check the file/folder permissions - setup should have warned - and review your server error log.
