zpMasonry: adding Zenpage

I am using the zpMasonry theme and added a page (I assume it is a Zenpage) for my copyright information. I have NOT published this page, yet it show up on the menu under News.

Any suggestions?

the page is displayed when you are not loggued in ?

remember that when you are connected in admin, you see everything from your gallery, especially unpublished news..
