Reinstall w/o losing setting and info

1.4.0.4 [7122] I changed the zenphoto folder updated links and my site no longer functioned. I changed the name back and can log into admin but I get the same error when I go to any of my gallery pages. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home/content/j/b/l/jblonsky/html/chcart/zenphoto/index.php on line 60

I have tried to replace the index.php file with downloaded one but nothing has worked.
