How to create a text page (news, blog, about, etc...)

I'm very new to Zenphoto, but I am using it to create a level design portfolio of my work.

I'm currently using the zpGalleriffic_v1.4.1 theme. What I want to do is create a page for text mainly (to provide a brief bio and resume). I've seen this on the example pictures from the theme and on other Zenphoto-based websites, but I have no idea how to create a page like this. I am also looking for this page to appear as a link in the overhead menu-bar.

I've googled the subject as best as I could and have come up dry. I was hoping someone on these forums would be able to help me. Thanks for your time.

    You need to enable the Zenpage CMS plugin which extends Zenphoto to a full CMS with news section and custom pages. This theme is one of the themes that has built in support for it.

    Thank you so much for the help! That was so obvious a fix (but apparently not to me!). I hope this helps other noobs like me.
