Subalbums problem

It is a problem but it really isnt a problem.. I am just at a loss as to why this is happening..

Ok.. Images in an album with subalbums beneath that
2 examples
NOT working:

Basically it works in one album and not in the other..
In the albums "Top Level Album" there are albums and images.
In the top link:
if you click on an image(NOT Subalbum)then try to navigate through those images, it does not link to the next image. However if you click on the "Us" album you will see a similar setup with subalbums and more images, those work.. I can navitage through all of those no problem. It is just that first album with subalbums and images that is giving me the problem

here is the tricky part
the second link.. using the same images and file structure.. works perfectly fine.

I have tried using default subalbums theme on the main gallery(top link) and the same thing happens.) I have also removed all integration with wordpress and used the default testing subalbum theme and still receive this error.. I know it looks integrated right now but that is cause I put it back so my gallery looks normal.

While I was typing this I was still messing around.. to make things even stranger...

which is nothing more than a copy of the first "top level album" album and this one works fine.

Luckily enough this was only a temporary album to test it but Seriously.. Am I missing something totally obvious here...

Go into your admin and force a garbage collection -- it's the center column, under the stats -- "Refresh" link. There are just some stray database entries screwing things up.

I need to fix the sorting algorithm to handle that though, thanks for the report!
