Welcome then. If you don't recieve a password reset mail on your installation that can be caused by several things: 1. Your user account has no e-mail address attached. 2. You did not enable/configure one of the two possible mail plugins 3. Your server is not configured correctly to send mails (contact your host then)
Workaround is to delete the administrators table in the database and rerun setup to set a new master user.
I cannot believe that my user account does not have an email attached, it is necessary when signing up. I did not create this web page, but had a person from iPower set it up for me, I need help with this. I would not be able to reset the admin table, not sure what that is. Not sure where to get the help.
Thanks for the quick response. I have called ipower and they said contact Zenphoto. I did get a reset email for the forum password and not sure what to do about the admin password. Do you think ipower can help with the admin table?
If you have no access to your database directy (what host is that? even the big shared hosters over here allow that) that is your only chance, especially if you didn't install Zenphoto yourself (as we clearly recommend).

That is a MySQL table. If you do not know how to deal with those guess you will have to get the iPower people to help again.
