500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

I had zenphoto randomly stop working on me after working fine for the last year or so. I have no idea what happened. I didn't change any settings or anything like that. I'm with dreamhost fwiw.

I checked the logs and this is all I could find:

[Mon Oct 24 13:04:08 2011] [error] [client 66.249.67.118] php.cgi: error while loading shared libraries: libc-client.so.2007b: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[Mon Oct 24 13:04:08 2011] [error] [client 66.249.67.118] Premature end of script headers: php.cgi
[Mon Oct 24 13:04:08 2011] [error] [client 66.249.67.118] File does not exist: /home/mnxca/mnx.ca/internal_error.html

Any help is much appreciated!
Thanks.

  • These are Server errors, not from Zenphoto. Sounds like something is corrupted on your site. Best ask your service provider for help.
  • Thanks! I sent a message to dreamhost and they helped fix the problem. Had to edit the .htaccess (in the root folder of the domain). Actually I removed the file entirely since it was only 3 lines and they were the lines i wanted to remove.
