Can't login. Reset doesn't work.

Hi there. I have installed some weeks ago zenphoto 1.2.4 and today I can't login. It says User/Passwor is not correct. Even after resetting the password zp won't let me login.

What can I do to get this fixed? Where could be the problem?

    There is a troubleshooting guide on passwords. Take a look at that. Also consider updating to the 1.2.6 release.

    how do you update if you cannot enter?

    You're not alone. I'm having exactly the same login issues ... additionally, all of the album and photo descriptions are missing from the galleries. Thank God, the photos are not lost! It just looks a mess.

    Your host surely provides a tool like phpMyAdmin to directly access your database. Again, please read the troubleshooting entry on password resets. It is all explained.
