Federation_Login plugin? - mikachewie - 18-09-2013 I downloaded this plugin, but I seem to be experiencing a bug, or mayhaps user error, but it's been 2 hours and I've gotten nowhere. Server: CentOS 6.4, PHP 5.3, MySQL 5.1 Steps:
I tried this in both Firefox and Chrome and received the same results. Federation_Login plugin? - sbillard - 18-09-2013 We have not tried to use this recently. A quick test also did not work for me. Most likely something has changed in openID handling. We use a third party library and that is where the failure is happening. Best you open a ticket. It is not likely that we will find a quick solution since we have changed nothing on our end. Federation_Login plugin? - sbillard - 19-09-2013 I had some more time to try this. What I have found is that it works on my server based site but not on my local site. So I think that probably something in the configuration of the local site prevents it from working. Federation_Login plugin? - mikachewie - 25-09-2013 Thanks for the response ! So what you're saying is the host-your-own version of Zenphoto has the issue, but hosting it through Zenphoto does not have the same issue? Federation_Login plugin? - sbillard - 25-09-2013 No, what I am saying is that running my local site which is not on a fully exposed network does not work. But doing the same on my hosted site does work. I presume that the protocol to validate is not working locally. This is most likely an issue with the visibility of the local server. |
