I've just installed zenPhoto and I'm having trouble with the thumbnails in the albums not showing up. The weird thing is that some of them show up but others don't.

I have zenPhoto installed on another website of mine (using the same theme, even) and I haven't had this problem. I know the images are there because I can see them when I click on the full size link. Is there a reason why this is happening, either with zenPhoto or with my server? Any way I can fix it?

The most common cause of this is images that are too large for the memory zenphoto has been allocated so that it cannot resize them.

You need to do that in the php.ini of your server.

Could you be more specific? Sorry, I've never done this before.

Okay, I edited the php.ini file, but everywhere I looked says I need to restart Apache and I have no idea how to do that... I don't think I have SSH access on my server. Is there a way to get around this?

You will need to contact your server support staff for their help
