XSRF access blocked / Google Analytics - Lee Harris - 2010-11-07
Hi All
Just set up our first zenpage site and when I go to save items I get the message about 'saveoptions' and when I check the security logs I fins a lot of listing saying either 'Blocked access' or 'XSRF access blocked'.
What does all this mean and how to I clear it up.
Another question. Downloaded a Google Analytics plugin. Followes the install notes but can not see it at all in my site. Got the link from here: http://www.moto-treks.com/extras/file-download/view.download/6/6 - Why can't I see it.

Try a google search on XSRF for a detailed description. It is a security thing and "blocked access" is for example stored if you enter a wrong password accidentally or someone trying to break in.
Regarding google analytics you can only hope that its developer sees this thread.

Are you saying that saving options works correctly for you or do you see the Blocked message on the save? If the former then those logged messages are a warning to you that you someone has spoofed you.
If the latter, does it happen on all saves or just some? XSRF protection requires that certain things be working such as server sessions, so perhapt there is a problem with them.
