I dont need to remove all of them. I just want remove the one in index page.

How and where to remove it is dependent on the theme.
So what theme are you using ?

default themes..i just wanna remove in the gallery, i guess its the INDEX.PHP?

The gallery consists of three theme pages in that theme (index, album, image). I suggest maybe to read the theming tutorial.
