Hello, I am quite confused to where the location of the comments moderation is as I want to delete my test comments before I go live...

Posted comments are found on the comments tab of the admin pages naturally.

That's what I thought, but I don't have a comments tab any more?

I don't think it came back after I did a fresh install...

If you don't have one you don't have the comment_form plugin enabled. That is the "comment" functionality. But in that case you should not see comments on the theme either.

Sorry I have been inactive, but i'm back now...

I do have comments on the theme and the comment_form plugin on, but no luck.

I did notice that the admin-comments.php (i think) wasn't uploaded at all, I have uploaded it and can access the page, but the link doesn't show in the tab list...

Furthermore, when I went into the setup menu, I find it wants to delete the admin-comments.php file???? What's going on?

Setup most certainly does not want to "delete" something. Current releases don't have a "admin-comments.php" within "zp-core" so that is the actual warning about the file. It does not belong there so Zenphoto warns as it could be a sneaked in whatever file.

Again, comments are powered ny the comment_form plugin which is an official one. Of course you need to enable it to see anything related.

This is how it should look if you have the comments_form plugin enabled: http://www.zenphoto.org/screenshots/zenphoto-admin/comments.jpg.html

More specifically, .../zp-core/admin-comments.php should not be there. So if you did upload it one would presume it is not the correct version.

Comments are a plugin as acrylian has indicated. Enable the plugin and you will have them.

Am I correct in saying that this change (comments now in the comment_form plugin) has happened between v1.4.4 and v1.4.5.8?

Had a look at the original files, quite a bit changed! Anyway, all is good now after re-editing the new version!

I hope that means you have correctly uploaded the new version instead of hacking some core files.

Yes! All I have done is changed the HTML code...
