Hi,

I was looking in the docs and forum but couldn't find anything about this.

Is it possible to have a public album (no password) but with a couple of photo marked as private (password protected).
I have some family photos in an album, most of them are ok to be public, but some I'd like to allow only authenticated users to see.

Best,
em

No, because there is no password or similar for individual images but you can unpublish them, so only visitors who know the direct url or users loggedin with appropiate rights will see them.

Hi Acrylian,

Actually, it's OK if all logged in users can see all photos. I just want to hide some pics from guest (no user/no password).
So if I understand it correctly, I could have a publish album with some unpublished photos. Then, only logged in users could see those unpublished photos, right?

Thanks,
em

Yes, it is standard Zenphoto behaviour that an users with approiate rights gets unpublished items listed but all else don't. In this case it would be "view unpublished" rights:
