Hi,

I'm new to ZenPhoto and must say I'm loving using.

I've installed 1.4.6 and I have a problem with the email verification. I can register a user no problem, the email gets sent no problem, but when I click on the verification link I get:-

"Zenphoto Error: the requested object was not found" Page: register?verify=613a323a7b733a343a2275736572223b733a32303a226a2e726f64646973406669........."

Any help, hints or tips would be greatfully received.

Thanks for the link to other topic, however I don't believe this is the same issue!

This is the link that was sent in the email:-

Even cutting and pasting the link from the email directly to the browser isn't working.

Is the link incomplete? how would I know it is incomplete? Please could someone post what a working link should look like.

Thanks

You are right. The link is actually wrong. Two ? in an url like that don't work. I just registered on your site using the correct one replacing the 2nd ? with &. I have deleted your link above.

We will look into that.

The support build (master) has a fix now.

Ok, thank you.

Excuse my ignorance but how do I apply that fix??

Thanks

Download and install the support build is the normal recommended way because of other possible dependencies. In this case it probably would work just to get the new plugin version.

Download the support build and copy the plugin file (register_user.php) to your installation.

Hi,

I've figured out which files I needed to copy in, and I've tested this and it's all working fine.

Thank you very much for getting this sorted out so quickly.

My site is now live and fully working.

Thanks again

Julian
