I'am using Version 1.4.7. and I want to change the language from English to Dutch, but to chose the Dutch translation is not possible!
Can somebody ezplain to me, how I can switch to another language?

To be able to select Dutch your server must support the Dutch locale. Contact your host about this.

I'am running Zenphoto on my own server, so how and where do I do this?

I cannot tell you being no server admin. You have to figure it out yourself, especially since you say you run your own server.

Depends on what server you're running (Debian, Ubuntu, or whatever)
Best to try a Google search, for example: "ubuntu install locales"

I use a Synology for my homepage!

Synology is a pain when it comes to locales. (I have an old one)
From what I understand is that DSM 4.3 and higher support most locales.
Anyway, this is not a Zenphoto related issue.
I suggest you try your luck on the Synology support forum.
