I've installed zenphoto and created an album in the following folder:

\zenphoto\albums\2007-MAADareyousoft

Now when I try to navigate to this folder via the main zenphoto page (http://www.singaporeanimenews.net/Popculture/zenphoto/), I get a 'not found' error.

The requested URL /zenphoto/index.php was not found on this server.[/b]

I've already set the permissions of the album and cache directories to 777.

Does anyone know why I still get this 'not found' error?

In addition, no photos are showing up in my album thumbnails. GD is already enabled on the server. Do I have to set any zenphoto configurations manually for this?

Your base URL should be `/Popculture/zenphoto/`, I think, is that what is in your .htaccess file?

Yep, you should have `RewriteBase /Popculture/zenphoto` in your .htaccess file.
