Hello,
when I add a user in the backend I get the message that the password is already used by another user. However, every user gets his own unique password

it is not the Password..
it is the E-Mail adress..

can the take out as required?

the email is stored only on the Admin.
There are already users who do not have email, but after updating to 1.4.10 is no longer ... All user creates the admin. there to register itself no possibility.

Ok, we will take a look if this happens in 1.4.12 (latest release ;-)) as well. (Btw, sometime in the future it might be mandatory to have an email set.)

No, you cannot take it out. But you can try to ignore the message for now. It probably still saves the data. As said we will take a look but as always it might take sometime.
