Hi

I am using Zenphoto for my pics.

I have created 3 albums and have 3 users. Is it possible that I give album wise permission to my users?

For eg: User1 can only access/view Album1 but cannot view Album2 or Album3
while User2 can view both Album2 and Album3 but not Album1

Please let me know how to do this

Yes you can.
On the backend go to the "Admin" tab and select "Users".
You can set whatever rights you want to individual users. In your case you also need to specify certain albums under the "Managed albums" dropdown.
