in zp-extensions/menu_manager.php, it seems there is a wrong parameter described for the printCustomMenu function.
that breaks Zenphoto doc and gives a wrong information to developpers.

* @param string $indexname insert the name (default "Gallery Index") how you want to call the link to the gallery index, insert "" (default) if you don't use it, it is not printed then.
