I'm a new zenphoto user. Recently used zenphoto to save some photos, the number of photos is about 47,400. I need help because i cant go deeper than login view or start page and the album/images don't want appear

Please consider to upgrade to 1.6 as 1.5.9 is not the latest version.
47,400 is an awful lot images. If you uploaded them all at once it is no wonder that your site is slow. You are basically overloading your server as Zenphoto has to process resized version for them (both backend and front end).
Zenphoto can only do that taks as fast as your server allows. Please read here about how image caching works: https://www.zenphoto.org/news/caching/

Thank you for your help. I have solved the problem, it turns out that the cause is in one of the stored data. But now another problem appears, namely the display of the upload menu, album and some icons don't want to appear, like the following image link:

how to fix that? i can't upload and setting image or album
It could be file/Folder permissions especially for the icons.
On the rather empty pages you need to review your debug log. But it is surely still related on the huge number of images you uploaded. For the upload a list of the albums has to be generated for example. Same for the album tab. See the tips on the article I posted above.
