Nice. Some quick comments if you allow: You might want to reconsider the menu on the front page, really barely readable with most images. Also, the prev/next images on the albums are not really clear in their function until you happen to click on them... (I personally don't like that I don't see if there are 100 or just 10 images coming btw.)

hello

a few months ago (9 months), I have noticed that the url for Nicolas Dory (78/224) was wrong.

The problem is still remain : the right url should be http://www.nicolasdory.com/fr and actually, the wrong url is http://www.morelfotografie.nl/

I just modified the default "light" theme and added fancybox (with jquery).

I would call it focused. Smarter und shorter to get full image view. Additional more impressive album preview...

acrylian, according to your last post: impressum in germany is only needed, if you publicate this service / website / web-content as your usual business or for related stuff...

so not if it is only for private use :)

youÂ´r right with its advantages and disadvantages, in my case it is better that way. i will improve the theme sometime again and give it to you as open source, if its interesting for others.

Regarding impressum you are not correctly informed. It is true that a private site does not require an impressum but a site viewable by the public is not generally considered private. you would have to password protect the entire site to achieve that. What you refer to is the commercial/non commerical thing but that does not always matter.
Since you are basically representing your photography works with surely some commercial thoughts in mind you should really have an impressum to be on the secure side (you surely know about the "sport of Abmahnungen"). The law and jurisdiction is not exact in this. And it does not hurt if you maybe want to get hired for photography...:-)
