I saw build for August 18 then 4 for August 20 (trac not download), none for the 19th so I waited. (At this time of day, I'll skip and do 21st). Just wondering does it mean something went bump and missed providing the download link? And trac "nightly build" line?

The build process got broken. It is fixed now. Using the one for teh 21st is a good plan.
